No more camera store

It's finished. As of today, I have resigned as lab tech of that dreaded photo store. Too much chaos, too much gossip, no place for a college graduate who has so much more to offer. No more maintenance, no more customer issues, no more camera sales, no more matching prints from the 1970's. Resignation effective immediately. Why?

BECAUSE I GOT A JOB AT JOANN'S FABRIC STORE, BITCHES! 40% DISCOUNT HERE I COME!

There is so much more to this job than just that, though. I finally have gotten my foot in the door and on my track towards making something of this hobby of mine. JoAnn's is huge, much bigger than I thought, over 1,000 stores strong. And upon investigating further, I found that Hancock Fabrics isn't as big as I thought. Not to mention Hancock is filing Chapter 11, which would explain why a lot of stores were shut down.

Not only that, there is so much more job opportunities other than just an associate in their stores at JoAnn's. There were about 100 different jobs outside of the standard associate, and that means many more opportunities for me.

I've still got plans to go to school in the very near future, but having this job will prepare me even more than my 7 years of working at it alone. I might actually learn the names of the fabrics I use! Imagine that.
