Why in the hell don't they have more macs with photoshop/illustrator in the computer labs at my school? Seriously. If they have macs in the PC lab, they should at least have programs on it that I need, considering the only 2 mac labs in the Lincoln Park campus are closed for classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, which means I won't have my homework done for Shiro today. Unless, of course, I weasel my way into a lab and work silently in the background. Not only that, but it's been, oh ... a MONTH since this assignment was given and I never got the hand out, and I'm still not sure what it's even about. Why the fuck can't I get things straight? I should be scared shitless that if I don't pass all my classes this quarter, I'm never going to hear the end of it from my parents. I am scared shitless, but I'm also, in the back of my mind, resigning to the fact that it's inevitable for me to fail at least one class, steeling myself away for the parental thrashing of my life, despite really trying to get things done (in my mind, that means actually reading the text books and not just staring at them.) I haven't even signed up for my classes next quarter.

The only thing that makes me get through the day is that I've got 2 weeks until GoF comes out. After that, I'm sure everything will just get worse. I never got around to getting the USA Weekend GoF posters. I've looked everywhere for extra copies of it and all I find is the most recent papers. Boo. But, I did get the new EW. And while at Dominicks, I saw the GoF coloring and poster books. I think I'll go get those before I go home.

Oh my GUD my web design project is actually not as bad off as it once was ... thanks to Phil and his undying patience with me and a few other fellow students that didn't quite pay attention during these 8 weeks of class ^_^

But, it's all good. I'll be heading home shortly. Then it's on to worrying about Cinema -_- We actually have a rough cut of our final project due in class tomorrow, and I have done NOTHING for it. I feel terrible, too. I know the other people in my group are probably, "God DAMNIT, she's never here! She's done nothing!" But ... hey, it's their fault for not contacting me when things need to get done. Oh well, I'll e-mail them tonight before I head to bed. And perhaps I'll read a bit more of evil German philosophy dude's Morality essay.

I've been listening to the GoF soundtrack ( 15 of the 21 tracks, actually) and I'm getting more and more enamored with the song 'Voldemort'. I can almost see what's going on in my head from the music alone. If my image is correct in any way ... well, we'll just have to wait for November 18th

I did it, malfoymenace! I stopped myself from watching the HBO special available for download on tlc.org! It's another step in the "I will not spoil the remaining 20 minutes I haven't seen of GoF for myself anymore" campaign!
